RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at Billy Bones BBQ.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after receiving the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Items usually ship within 1 day and are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. In most cases shipments are delivered within 3 business days. We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at the moment. If you are a customer in Canada, please contact us.

Orders placed before 8:00AM (Monday-Friday) will be shipped out on the same day.

Orders placed after 8:00AM (Monday-Thursday) will be shipped out the next day.

Orders placed after 8:00AM on Fridays will be shipped out no later than the following Monday.

There may be some variance to our shipping times depending on the nature of the order.
