My father created this sauce with the best balance of rich flavors that complement any meat that you use it on, it adds to the flavor and does not overwhelm it with too much of a Smokey flavoring. Has a mild kick to it , but mild enough for the tiniest bbq eater. Makes for great flavors In meatloaf as well. Wings, brats,ribs,chops and a lot more.

If you are going to smoke beef ribs (over hickory), this is the sauce. Smoke your ribs, chill them, dip them in sauce (with a bit of lager added), then grill ’em up. As a life long BBQ restaurant owner, I can pledge that it is great on beer, but I would choose a different sauce for other meats.
